My Philosophy
I believe that everything in the universe is elastic and changeable. We can create art, connection and growth. We can also recreate all those things into new, fresh and more useful things that will support ongoing sustainability.
Who I Am
I'm a woman who has lived many lives within this lifetime. I am no therapist or guru. I have been a Catholic school dropout, wife, mother, alcoholic, roller derby queen, devotee of Bikram yoga and soon to be college graduate.
